Being the Dallas Cowboys QB offers a ton of money outside the football field, which he won't get being a QB outside of this team.

I've often made that argument myself, and think that Jerry should make it too. And there are other benefits that being a Cowboy brings relative to other teams.

But I've yet to see the Cowboy discount actually play out in Cowboy contracts.

Playing on a crappy offense is bad, particularly in a contract year. That's my point. That's the leverage Jerry seems to be applying to Dak.
