Ditto. That and the young 3-4 defense. Of course the two aren't mutually exclusive.

You're wearing a mask?

;)

And to answer the Parcells question:

1. Instilling a sense of discipline and order on the team, specifically, and the franchise, in general.

I would say the best thing he has done so far is, the infusion of talent on the roster now. You can look at wear we are right now before the draft and say we are very close to having a very good team, and even if Parcells does leave after this year ( don't see it ) the team is definately headed in the right direction - which was one of Bills goals when he came here...

Rebuilding the defense and being here long enough to get Dallas a few years closer to Stephen Jones taking enough control of the team so his Dad can't *** it up again.

At the very least he has restored LAW and ORDER within our organization.

We havent made the postseason(other than that sneak in with QC) and havent won a playoff game. So I cannot elaborate too much on his success.

I honestly believe his biggest success was how well he managed to get the offense to run under QC in one season. I also like the increased physicality of TNew's game and the youth on the defensive line.

His biggest accomplishment by far was bringing in Drew Bledsoe.....if parcells wasn't here who knows if Drew would have ever signed here.

Hopefully he brings some LAW and order to our secondary as well. ;)

His Giants teams of the 80's and early 90s. That defense was scary good.

ooo0 I was thinking his biggest success here. Well any time you win a superbowl, that's a big success.

1) Drew Bledsoe
2) JJ trade that netted Spears
3) D Ware
4) Terry Glenn handling and trade to get him
5) Key
6) exponentially enhancing the overall talent level on the team
7) Hiring Jeff Ireland
8) TNew
9) changing the overall team mentality

Good post

Completely turning the entire metro area media against the Cowboys because of his decision to not tell them anything of real importance or letting any asst. coaches speak to them. :lmao:

And what ghst187 said also.

That probably was the original intent. I don't personally think he's been very successful here in comparison to the job he's done in the past.
