Is Fowler still slightly injured or something? Now way Sam should get more snaps than any other DE.

Yet another 2nd round player with character issues that Jerry drafted to try and show everyone how smart he is.

I bet you can find one play in every game for every player on the field if that's what you want to do.

What I see on this one play is Sam not really rushing, which leads me to believe he is either pretending to contain the edge or he is spying on Geno in case he runs. If this is the worst play he made all night then he did okay.

Why not show the play later in the game when Clowney completely ignores his contain role and runs wildly upfield and outside giving Geno a huge lane to run through. Geno took a slide but probably could have scored if he stayed upright.

Am I missing something?

The team really lucked up by not extending him over the summer which reportedly was in the works.
