This is a strangely worded poll and hard to answer. MASSIVE difference between the first three options and the last one. Like, I'm somewhat confident in the front office' ability to find talent in the draft and 2nd/3rd tier free agents. I am not confident at all in their cap management or premier/blue chip free agent strategy.

I feel like I'm somewhere between option 3 and 4 but given the way it's worded don't know how to answer. It's not the worst front office in the league, and not the worse. Middle of the pack.

Maybe the DLine and Safety should have been addressed sooner. Maybe some of the contracts were a little hard to understand.
