I like Ghost Chili Sauce. No im not kidding in moderation its amazing.

I love the crushed ghost chili powder. Just don't over do it or you'll be in serious trouble.

I tried some Franks Red Hot this week because of this thread and I must say, it is almost identical to Louisiana. I don't really see much difference. I like it, just not much different.

I've never had the Louisana hot sauce even though I lived in New Orleans for a year and a half. (didn't eat spicy foods back in '85) I would think the Redhot would be sweeter though. If I see some Louisiana hot sauce in a restaurant I will have to try it.
