But, the question should also be asked..what tastes best when you are half loaded???
I pretty much skip over eating half loaded and stick to alcohol. I usually only when fully loaded, honestly. My wife hates it. The only bad thing is the next morning I'll forget how it tasted someimes even what I had. Sad, I know.

I can top it. Leftover honey baked ham......

Lay pieces on a cookie sheet, drizzle with honey or syrup, S/P and put under broiler until it carmalizes. Put on white break with miracle whip. That is a winner :flagwave:
I don't like ham that much to begin with so.......

Doesn’t putting it under the broiler go against the whole “foods that don’t need to be reheated” thing?

Home cooked leftovers - Fish sauce - 1 can Cento San Marzano , 1 big onion chopped & sauteed , 1LB each of fresh jumbo shrimp, scallops, ringed squid. After its done and in the fridge for 12 hours it taste unbelievable cold the next day.

The Scallops need to be slightly pan seared to keep some of the excess water out of the sauce. If you throw fresh scallops in the sauce it will make it look like soup when its done.
