Cold Bacon (plenty of it) with lettuce and Tomato, dejon mustard, tabasco on good bread.

Of course, I can also go with PB&J.
Oh that needs a little editing

Instead of cold bacon you go with Hungarian Salami with lettuce tomatoes and real fresh mozzarella, or you can go with Prosciutto Di Parma instead of the Hungarian Salami. The mozzarella has to be deli fresh, warm, and dripping water/milk as you cut slices. Regular mozzarella cold you can get at the supermarket will ruin it.

Not 100% cold/not leftovers but worth the mention.

Well, you wanna get into details, try this one on for size. I mean, it's not really leftovers, which is what I took this to be about, but it is cold.

Takes some quality hoggie bread (whatever you like best), throw down some hot mustard on it, Havarti Cheese (I like a spicy blend they have here), deli cut slices of Honey Rosted Turkey.

Whip up some Guacamole - Avocados whipped up, add Onion, good hot Green Chile, diced Tomatos, Garlic, diced Jalapenos, Serranos or Habaneros (leave in seeds or take them out, depending on how hot you want), be sure to add lemon juice or it will discolor quickly. Then take your Guacamole and just cover it and leave it in the fridge till it gets chilled.

Take good thick cut bacon strips and place them over the Turkey. Take your Guacamole, throw it over the bacon, ( you can also crush the bacon and just make bacon bits and sprinkle those over the Guac, if you would rather). chop up a little lettuce and serve with decent chips.

This is an Albuquerque Turkey. Great on hot summer days or just whenever.

Well, cold is covered. Left over is what peanut butter always is, to me. It's left over in the pantry for however long it lasts. The Jelly is usually left over in the fridge but not as long as the peanut butter, for whatever reason. the bread, now the bread, that's almost never left over in our house. That stuff goes the next day, seems like.

I think peanut butter is considered stored/packaged not leftover. For peanut butter to be left over you would have to make the PB&J the day before put it in the fridge for cold effect and then eat it the next day for it to be considered a cold leftover.

That fresh deli made mozzarella i mentioned when done right is a must. I haven't had it in a while that's why i had to throw it in that reply i made. I may go get it today and use it with that honey roasted turkey.

And what self respecting person hasn't eaten a day old PB&J? I know this, I used to pack my lunch the night before so it was ready to go early the next morning. I've eaten countless "left over" PB&Js!

I love the semantics. No sarcasm.

I'm happy we are establishing a criteria for this thread :D
