What is your predicted regular season win total

How many games will Dallas win in the 2025 regular season

8 wins. They'll be about average. The OL will be better than last year, the passing game should improve some with a legitimate WR2. However, besides Blue - who I think will be a nice change of pace type RB - the RB room lacks talent, and the interior defensive line was not properly upgraded, so the run defense should remain a sieve. Also, we're talking about a QB that has consistently struggled against the better NFL defenses, so I don't expect them do do much even if they were able to overperform and make the postseason.
Their best-case ceiling would be another season like those three straight playoff years under McCarthy where they fell flat in the playoffs. They are stuck on the perpetual hamster wheel. Some years better than others, but another year without accomplishing anything meaningful - a deep playoff run.

I believe the best case scenario is 10 wins. I am worried with the defense missing key players early in the season.

7-10…don’t see a real running game threat….on either side of the ball

The games I think Dallas "should" win:

Week 2 Giants at home
Week 3 at Chicago
Week 5 at Jets
Week 6 at Carolina
Week 7 Washington at home
Week 8 at Denver
Week 9 Arizona at home
Week 11 at Las Vegas
Week 18 at Giants

So 9 wins. The bookies say 7.5, and they are usually pretty accurate. Dallas will win a game or two they are underdogs (Philly?), but also lose an easy one too.
The Cowboys will lose at least three of the games you listed. If this pile of garbage roster wins seven games Schottenheimer is Coach of the Year. And deservedly so.

With all the injuries last season, including to our starting QB for half the season, we still won 7 games. If Dak can stay healthy the entire season and Pickens provides what we think he can at WR2, and we improve defensively, 10 wins is a possibility. Our ability to run the ball will be a factor too. We’ll find out in the opener against Philly if the Cowboys have a chance to compete this season. If it’s a hard fought game and we come up just short, we have a chance to compete. If we get our doors blown off, it’s likely going to be a long season.
I agree w the last part of this post but this years season win total from Vegas is 7.5 for a reason. I’m not expecting too much from this bunch.

I know that is coming from the Eagles fan view, but I will say that Dak is indeed better than Rush, so it would take a pretty steep chemistry morale inward collapse to be the same as last year.

Realistically they are 8-9 or 9-8.

Not really…the schedule is not the same…for any of the NFCE teams. The Eagles may end up being as good as last year but win 12…not 14

The x factor is the Giants, how much do they actually improve. If the Cowboys/Giants game goes the Giants way in one, then yeah it would be hard not to say either 7 or 8 wins. I think they do get lucky on one team at least maybe the Eagles who knows.

Not sure how they end up but should be 7-2 or at worst 6-3 after the first 9 games. Would think 10-11 wins is likely by end of season. Dak healthy.

17-0. Not a team on our schedule that can beat us ... if we shoot them in the kneecaps first ... but some will still come close.

Assuming star players stay healthy it could be as good as 10 in the regular season a playoff win - or as bad as 8 so I split the difference - 9 and just miss the playoffs or WC loss.

I don’t pay much attention to the odds. I remember heading into the 2014 season, everyone thought the Cowboys were going to be terrible and they ended up having a real good team and won a playoff game. I’ve watched enough football to know that anything can happen from year to year. We’ve helped ourselves offensively with the first round pick hopefully and by bringing in Pickens. However, we didn’t do anything on defense that has me excited. The defense still looks like it’s going to be a big problem against good teams.

The Philthy fans are getting a little cocky and overconfident. That doesn’t bode well for them.
I voted 12 - 5 Dallas will run and Dallas will pass they will be hard to stop if they stay healthy on offense,I predict Booker Blue and Mafah will be good additions to the run game.CeeDee and Pickens will be a lethal duo.The defense will pressure the quarterback and get turnovers.

Overconfident? Not really. My only point is the schedule appears to be tougher for all NFCE teams this year than last year. We play the AFCW and NFCN. On paper, that’s more difficult. Of course we won’t really know that until the games are played

Yep, lots can happen between now and Thursday, Sept. 4th.
