What kind of Plays do you want to see in 2023

I want to see more rub routes. I want to see more sideline back shoulder fade routes that Gallup CAN do.

I want to see LESS curl routes. I want to see LESS 3 delayed handoffs up the middle, then claim our run game is broke, and throw 50 times.

RBs involved more in the passing game. Even just short dump offs to keep the drive alive. People forget how many passes Emmitt used to catch. Moose was also used a lot in the passing game.

more come back routes. Our guy gets a little flustered, and I'd like to see everybody run out 10 yards and run back to the line of scrimmage in 2 seconds. shrugs, this should work.

More crossing routes and slants. Screen plays with the RB on a full sprint out and caught In stride. Oh Wait! Our QB isnt capable of hitting players on the move with any consistency. Just run the dam ball!

More RB screens, quick slants and less sideline comeback routes.

Misdirection

That just was Not a Kellen Moore staple. RB screens are a way of misdirection.. but Kellen was horrible at it, never had the patience for it, so we never developed it
as a weapon.

Even the simplistic, predictable ex-OC Scott Linehan could/would run RB screens - to which a faster Zeke used to destroy defenses with RB screens.

Pollard should be deadly with this.

Man I was screaming for the RB screen. Instead we opted for the TE screen. Such a missed opportunity with Pollard and to slow down the pass rush.

I want to see screen passes to our RB.
I want to see power right runs by Pollard with Martin and Steele and a fullback mowing down defenders.
I want Oprah to find true fulfillment.
