not sure, but i watch videos all the time using it - if that helps.
go to a best buy and try it out.
i bought 1 during black friday with 4G memory for $130 last year.
things to watch out for - need a cloud printer to print and it takes some messing around with.
if you have too many windows open, it could freeze.
if you get 4G memory, it should be fine.
it is really good for just surfing the web.

No. Almost no one uses Flash anymore, anyways. It's insecure garbage.

Actually, Chrome removed support for Flash (and Firefox has announced they will too) due to its ineptitude from a security perspective. Besides, if the site is still using Flash (like Yahoo news), you should just find another site to frequent. HTML5 is the standard today. If they aren't using it, you shouldn't use their site.

They switched to HTML 5 about 2 years ago.
