What Makes Dak Irreplaceable?

I always see "But if not Dak then who?" type of replies to basically anyone not happy with Dak as the QB for the Cowboys.

What makes him irreplaceable in the eyes of those with that mindset? Are there people that really think Dak's skill and ability is SO high that he can't be replaced?

What skill or talents sets him apart from say..... Joe Flacco off the couch?

Dude we're in year eight! A couple more years of crying to go,and you'll be right! He'll be at the end of his career and he'll be out of here. Calm down.

No better options out there...his salary cap hit next year...he isn't the entire problem this year like he was last....like it or not he drove us down the field to go up in this game and if the D holds, the narrative about him is slanted. He was literally running for his life all game, and as much as you want to crap on him this wasn't the game to do so. In the end our D failed this team yet again

I saw some replaceable OL today.
