We've had no success winning games, playoffs, Superbowls etc. this will be the 30th year since our last Superbowl if I'm correct.

The way Jerry did things back then worked, but he's taken on a new approach, stay still, low ball everyone, and a Superbowl will come to you! This is not the Jerry who if Tyreek Hill were a great player back then and really wanted to be a Cowboy, Jerry would have at least talked to him!

Jerry's way of doing things these days are doing more hurt than they are good. It's a broken record talking about him, but in our hearts we want what Jerry doesn't want, we want that championship!!!

Please give your thoughts

The Cowboys are the most valuable franchise in the world. What makes you think Jerry's way of doing business is bad?

The billions and billions of dollars he has made with this franchise.

If you have to ask, you will never get it

$5B and Arlington Jonesboys fans that keep him relevant with 30 years of under performance to Dallas Cowboys standard.

OMG, can our Cowboy nation be that dense mentally?
Can it??????????
We have a part-time GM how hard is it for you fans out there to comprehend this?
How many more years of ineptness do you need to witness to understand what we are seeing is Jerry playing with his favorite Toy the Cowboys?
Whatever man I know its bad for business here but this team is going nowhere (just like the Commanders) until new ownership comes to town!!!

Narcissism….plain and simple. Unable to see the fault in how he does things and when people question him it only makes him defiant and more stubborn in his approach.

He's financially successful and he surrounds himself with yes men.

He's football stupid but if anyone questions him, he threatens to "replace" them, even if they don't actually work for him.

Jerry thinks he is the smartest person in the room. That simple.

Considering the pile of cash he is sitting on (his measure of success) no one will ever convince him otherwise.
his ego blew up after the last Super Bowl win.

he convinced himself that it was HIM, not Jimmy Johnson or the lack of a salary cap that won those 90s Super Bowls

It's all about the money and the attention. Everyone who has followed Jerry's career as an owner knows that.

The way Jerry did things back then worked...
This is an altered recollection of what actually happened. "The way Jerry did things back then?"

Jimmy Johnson was primarily responsible for why the franchise was so successful back then. What he created was so well constructed that it successfully carried over two more seasons.

The only significant contribution Jerry Jones made 'back then' was luring Deion Sanders (with a seven-year, $35 million dollar contract) away from Dallas' only real conference competitor at the time. Maybe that is an example of what Jones did back then that might work now..?
