Cowboys 2007 potential upgrades or youth movement moves between FA and the draft:

In this order IMO:

QB - The future QB beyond Bledsoe is not currently on the roster.
OL - Infusing some young top teir talent is never a bad thing.
WR - Insurance against age, drama, and injury.
CB - Depth
TE - Witten may not be back.

Sorry SkinsandTerds but this ain't the skins. We resign our young talent. Where as yours pays the team to get out.

hmmm....I'm guessing whomever we sign in FA or the draft, it will clearly be The Best Player Available.:D

hard to say, will have to see what happens this year

I agree. Without seeing this team play it is hard to know who will have a break through season or who continues to struggle. I'll worry about the 2007 draft and FA after the 2006 season. I live for the season not the off-season.

I don't really think CB is a position of worry anymore. Jacques Reeves really came on strong last season after Henry went down, and made some game saving plays against the Eagles in the second game. I think he will eventually replace Aaron Glenn as the Nickle CB. Also we have Nathan Jones who is serviceable against the second-tier WRs. So CB isn't a top 3 priority IMO, but I wouldn't hesitate to draft a nice prospect in rounds 4 and below.
