Trade multiple players currently on the roster?

Package a few players and future draft picks?

He's a souped up version of MB3

I think Derrick Henry running behind this line would be awesome. Not only do you have to deal with our tough O-line, but then you are hit by a 240 lb runningback crashing into you.

He scares me. Trent Richardson was a much better RB at Alabama and he didn't do so well. If dallas drafts a RB I really like josh ferguson from illinois.

Henry put up over 200 yards against the LSU defense tonight.
He would be an elite RB with the Cowboys. He is who I want most after Ezekiel Elliott.

Actually Kenyan Drake will be the better of the two Bama backs at the next level. (IMHO).
But Nick Chubb, currently on the Bull Dogs inactives, following in the footsteps of Gurley, will be the true value pick.
Just take 5 minutes and go and review the numbers Chubb putt up last season when Gurley went down.

Why does it matter anyway ?

I fully expect us to pass on any RB's that can't be drafted late in the draft.

I don't like tall running backs at the NFL level. Henry is almost 6'4. I don't think he'll last very long.

Just keep playing the way Dallas is playing and we will be in the top of the draft !!!!!

That's not a bad thing to me.

Back when Dallas needed a RB desparately in the 70's..

they managed a trade that ended up placing them at the top of the draft and they took Tony Dorsett.

If we do end up with a top draft pick..

I have no idea about what we would do.

RB would be tempting but so would QB and LBER and DL.

I think our history recently has been based on not taking guys like Dorsett or Smith but guys like Felix Jones and Murray..preferring to run by committee instead.

Which I think is wrong.

We have never successfully run by committee before..

going all the way back to Dwain Thomas and Calvin Hill or Dorsett and Hershel Walker.

Each and every attempt to do it has failed.

So I think like with Smith and Dorsett..you have to go out and draft one high and feed him the ball.

Until this team gets back to basic understanding of who and what positions must be filled and stop playing mental games with experiments at RBs like Randle and QBs like Weeden we will never improve.

I keep hearing about how talented the roster is..but it won't stay that way if we prolong the team's ability to not win by the poor personnel decisions.

More change has to occur. We are not a championship team that is set to win.

If we lose this season more..how we look at what happened will be critical I think.

Our team stayed too status quo after last year's success and it left us very unprepared for the obviously different way in which teams were going to attack us.

That's why the problems with the OL and again with the defense.

We changed too little and were slow to see things as not working.

The pre-season was not sufficient to prepare us.

Garrett and the assistant coaches need to see this hopefully.
