What should we really expect from Bledsoe?

Bledsoe made a horrific decision on that out that resulted in the FG.

Other than that the coaches conservative play calling never really allowed him to attack field and in many instances Oline collapsed on him and Petitti let 2-3 guys past him near uncontested. Thats not on him.

Bitter loss all the way around.

Agreed Nors!

This is the first game where Bledsoe lost the game for us, but it was the Conservative Play Calling.

And can someone tell me why it always has to be Glenn and Keyshawn when we go 2-Wide....

It would be nice to see some plays where Glenn and Price are the two wideouts as a change up.

It resulted in the loss, not just a field goal. No need to sugarcoat it Nors, we all saw it.

the only real reason the coaches were calling a conservative game is because our offense couldnt EXECUTE anything all day long...

you cant magically make the recivers get open by calling the "golden play". Bledsoe threw bad pass after bad pass from the start.. I wouldnt start calling the 15-20 yard passes underneath with a inaccurate QB.

Our recivers were dropping balls that hit them in the hands when bledsoe actually got the ball to them.

You have to go conservative when your offense cant play on the edge. Bad blocking prevents the long ball, the short ball the draw play, the sweeps...ect.

You guys act like playcalling has some magical effect on how the players actually execute.

Amazing!

It's all about predictability, you know that.

When the defense is constantly seeing Off-Tackle runs, then they start to key on that and we did it time after time after time, just go back and look at the tape.

At first, I was like maybe they are just setting them up for a deep pass to Glenn or Price, but it never happened...oh wait, maybe it came when they called the BOTCHED Flea Flicker.

Go look at the tape, they were running on 1st and 2nd down and throwing on third, 10 Minutes into the 4th Quarter and on.

That Goalline stance made me EXTREMELY crazy. They run virtually the same run play on 1st and 2nd and of course Winstrom obviously picked up on our CONSERVATIVE habits, pinned his ears back and sacked Bledsoe on 3rd and 10.

We got so FREAKIN conservative that we were doing draw plays with Anthony Thomas.
