If things continue to go our way this season, there is no doubt Kellen Moore could be a hot HC candidate for someone next year. Do we just fire MM and promote him to HC? Do we have someone else on the staff to continue with this offense? I know its premature to worry about this, but its a likely scenario

It really depends on how they do the rest of the season and into the playoffs. It also depends on how close he is to Dak and the offensive players. Like @SeanLee50 said, why leave and go to an awful team? If he's patient, he pads his resume and might get his choice of teams (and perhaps even Dallas).

I absolutely think if he leaves to HC after this season, he'll be a failure of a HC for that team. He needs more experience first.

unless cowboys win the super bowl just IMO there is zero chance jerry loses kellen.

he want to develop the next great hc of the cowboys so bad he try so hard with garrett he remember sean payton he is not going to let kellen go over mike mccarthy.

i just do not see it. no way.

he will probly give him more money and say this is ur job next year or year after.

I like KM, but I'd love to change the culture of this team to be more efficient and disciplined. The college coach that coaches Stephen's son would be my choice.

Agreed.

He went on record saying he loves it in Dallas.
As he should. He’s a made man here.

Some coaches are great head coaches (Landry, Jimmy, Bill B). Other guys are just meant to be coordinators (Quinn)
