What to do with DLaw?

Wentz threw 44 passes without his starting RT. Lawrence managed one QB hit and zero sacks. Is it the shoulder? Should he get a pass when he chose not to fix it this past offseason? Right now I would NOT give him a max deal. Franchise him again if need be but I’m not seeing it on a consistent basis

He sees a lot of double teams because he really is the only pass rush the team has. Everyone else can be contained with single blocking. Lets not forget his duties are the run then the pass.

I think you go ahead and pay Jones. It won’t be nearly as expensive as DLaw. DLaw is a wait and see right now. He certainly isn’t earning the deal he hopes to get. He better start turning it on or he will be looking for someone else to pay him.

He's a good pass rusher, not a great passer. He's not in the Watt or Donaldson mold that can still beat dbl teams. We need someone else to step up along the DL, to take some of the heat.

It's the pressure that makes him great. Wentz doesn't hold on to the ball like some other QBs in the league. The Cowboys pass rush impacted the game last night and DLaw was a big part of that.

Keep DLaw. Finding a legit NFL pass rusher is very difficult. The Cowboys could tag him again next year or pay him. Letting him go shouldn’t be an option.

been playing with it since last year. Right now most of the pain should be gone even if it pops out and back in. More a nuisance than anything. If he was a MLB player different story.

He was all over the field. Sacks aren't all of it. He was 3rd on the defense in tackles. Wentz had alot of three step drops to.

He's damn good player and don't fool yourself because he's not raking in sacks like last year. He's getting tons pressure and a hell of a player against the run. DLaw doesn't worry me, other players on the DLine need to step up. Stephen's already said he has every intention of playing him and agree......he's a keeper.

DLAW is having a pro bowl year. I have no idea why people are complaining. Even when he's not sacking the QB, he's in the backfield flushing the QB out allowing others to make a play. He is our most consistent performer and the DL would be a mess without him.

once the cowboys have been eliminated from the playoffs, he should get the surgery over with. Pay the man his money but DLAW needs to discount a bit due to injury concerns imho.

We cant pay everyone this coming offseason. Gregory had a solid game last nite. THAT SAID, I may explore trading DLAW for 2 first rounders. Sell high as they say.
