I wanted them to call a screen and hopefully Romo gets an easy completion to go 19-20, sits down for the game, and claims record for highest comp % in a game. That last pass being incomplete really ticked me off.

I agree, but then it was a bad pass by Romo that could have easily been a pick 6. An incompletion was actually a positive outcome, so that softened the blow of not getting the record. It would have really sucked if it was a flat out drop by the receiver.

He said he worked harder than ever at being able to make all the throws no matter where his feet were etc. I wondered how he was making all those throws with bad mechanics.

LOL -- I can't help but think the bad mechanics aren't nearly as frequent these days, considering the greatly- improved quality of pass protection he's being afforded this year. Not being rushed silly on every passing down will cure a multitude of problems. It's good to see him getting the support now that he's been missing for far too long.

One could argue that we have the best offense in the league right now. There is no other team that has a running game as good as ours AND the passing game threat to compliment it.

Our offensive game doesn't DEPEND on one single person playing out of their mind each week and carrying the team. It's truly a well oiled machine where all of the functioning parts compliment each other. This allows multiple players the opportunity to step up and shine, and when they do- wow. One game it's Dez catching 3 TD's, the next it's Romo balling out of his mind, all the while our star RB is about to break the single season franchise rushing record. Plus countless supporting cast members, and obviously our O line. Let that all sink in.

I hope some poor team sleeps on us in the playoffs.

Not sure any will be sleeping now. If the defense can play like against Indy then we should be able to beat anyone including NE who with Sea is playing the best ball.

Protect the ball and get some defensive stops and we can beat anyone IMO.

Really happy to see Romo on the Pro Bowl team and even talk of league MVP seems to be rising. Just think at the beginning people questioned his contract well based on performance in comparison with all other QB I think he has earned that contract!!!

Based on performance alone, it's certainly hard to argue your point. The only thing casting a doubtful shadow where that contract is concerned is Romo's health concerns, which may or may not prove overly drastic. I'm hoping he manages to escape further punishment this year and returns next year practically as good as new.
