What was your Favorite Vacation?

That's funny, 'cus I heard when they declared YS a National Park, they had to void your claim of "Squatter's Rights"?

Had me a little plot of land right next to "Ole Faithfull". Had me a little Cow chip stand, a still, and alot of beaver pelts.

My besy vacation was the 1st trip to Disney World with my children. My daughter was 9 and my son was 7.
The thing that I remember most was on the first morning there. We were riding a shuttle bus and when the castle came into view, you should've seen the look on their faces! Priceless! (I think that my wife was almost just as excited)

How's everybody doing?

My best Vacation were 17 days in Italy with 6 of my friends. Rome, Florence, Venice, Rimmini (stay away), bologna, Naples, Sorrento, Capri, back to rome.

We only had reservations to our first place, that was in Rome, and from, there we just winged it. We would stay in a city and the day before we would leave we would book our next place. Over and over all through the central parts of the country. We took the trains everywhere. This was back in 96 and I spent about $3500 bucks total.

The food and people over there were great. They really loved us because we tried to speak the language the best we could. They like that, just like we do here. out door cafe's, great pubs and even American Fast food.
The two best cities were Sorrento and Venice, must see places.

I would love to go back with my wife.

This year, superbowl sunday. It was my first day off since Christmas day.

Before Christmas eve, my last day off was sometime in early september.

TRUTHFULLY:

Germany and Austria about 7 years ago. Europe is amazing. I also had a good time in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico about 3 years ago, and NY the same year. 2 years ago I went to Cowboys Camp for 5 days in Oxnard. It was ok, but the guy I went with was kind of a drag.

That was the last vacation I had - I dunno what I will do next. Maybe Vegas, Europe again, or backcountry hiking. We'll see. My job doesn't afford me too much time.
