3. Fire Barron - shows he accepts NO BS

Yeah. Punishing someone for what happened two months ago. That'll show the team that there are consequences for actions. Not immediate consequences, but maybe, somewhere down the line, you might get cut.

Theres several things he can immedietely:

1. Re-establish Tashard Choice in the 3 headed attack

2. Start McGee

3. Fire Barron - shows he accepts NO BS

4. Sit Jenkins

Any of these would establish my respect in him.

Hasn't he been in charge of the offense all year? If he had any say so in things he would have done numbers 1 and 2 already.

1. This was already within Garrett's power, but he chose not to do it.

2. This would be going against the plan of development that Farrett himself had a part in planning.

3. I can't argue against that, although I fail to see how it would really impact the team to can a guy that isn't being used anyway so that would could put another guy on the roster that won't be used.

4. I would rather sit Scandrick.

IMO, he will start Church (obviously), Felix and McGee. I hope to see some personnel changes on the o-line, too.

I'm hoping he'll start Stephen McGee. If anything it's slightly bold.

I can see the first 2, but not McGee. If anything he will give McGee a little mop up duty to give him some experience and maybe down the road give him a start or two.

Talk about walking around on egg shells. How about a job where you could get fired out of the blue 8 weeks after you made a mistake. :laugh2:

Garrett is already working on a gameplan for the Giants. He's an Xs and Os guy, afterall.

Anyone who expects Garrett to strut around preening, crowing, and establishing the pecking order has a misguided opinion of his personality.
