we have plenty of cap to do any of these options.
i dont see Poe by himself being enough of a pass rush and you are improving the secondary either
year 1 edge generally do not have large impact either

2) Can we afford it? We can afford all these options and cap would not blow up for probably at least 5 years

1) If Jaylon comes back 90+%, add 2 top FA DL, 1 FA starting RT, 1 FA WR2
2) If Jaylon comes back 90+%, add 1 top FA DL and 1 top FA CB, 1 starting RT, 1 WR2
3) If Jaylon comes back 90+%, add 1 top blitzing FA LB, 1 top FA CB, 1 FA starting RT, 1 WR2
4) If Jaylon comes back 90+%, add 2 FA CB, 1 top S, 1 FA starting RT, 1 WR2 - available CBs may not be god enough...
5) Add 2 top FA DL, 1 top FA CB or S, 1 FA RT, 1 WR2
6) Add 1 top FA DL, 1 top FA blitzing LB, 1 top FA CB or S, 1 FA RT, 1 WR2

The offense needs to average 40+ points a game..

the defense needs to average 2 sacks a game..

the defense needs at least 1 recovered turnover a game..

we need to cut our FGs in half and instead score TDs..

a big reduction in penalties would help,too.

All of that is doable.

Add some draft picks and hope this year's experience is enough to make us hungry.

I think it might have originated with horse racing. A horse is so heavily favored that it's prohibitive to bet on the competitors.

they also know we do not have a single DL now that is remotely near Gregory or Hardy.
another question would be do you want Mo or a better CB who is less injury prone

Hey redball! that's got me thinking about doing a little research into the most common and needless penalties we seem to continually draw,what position, cause/ effect and WHO's the bonehead getting them, would you know of a starting point on the web?or maybe I'll find some buried stats in the basement of CZ,,,,
