What would be your grade on our Rookies thus far?

Three years will reveal an excellent draft.

very well could.

I hope it does. I think we have some suprise gems and i think to many posters knee jerk over what players are asked to do in bad schemes.

Schemes reflect coaching directly, and we have a very toxic bad situation with MM and staff.
Fatty needs to roll out of town asap.

Beebe is the best rookie so far. The drop off from Biadasz has been barely noticeable if at all from what I can tell. So that is a good sign.

The other guys are definitely C's so far. Guyton will hopefully get better as the year goes on. Bound to be growing pains at that position.

There isn't a drop off from Biadsasz at all from where I'm viewing.
BB has already improved the position, and this OL is better overall for it.

This is probably the 1st season in a long time if ever, that we've had so many rookies play this early in the season. I know it's early (duh), but we've actually needed them to play because we were all-in, and didn't have the money to get veterans to help us. With that said, of the guys getting ample time in games, what would be your grade for them thus far.

Guyton
Kneeland
Liaufau
Beebee
Carson

***We'll see what he has to offer this Sunday evening. Please give your grades on the players thus far, dang Coog it's only been 4 games!! Please give your thoughts...
Guyton- B-. He has had some struggles but he has gone against the top shelf. Better LT than Tyler Smith was

Kneeland B. Not setting the world on fire but has been more productive than day 2 rookies at DE tend to be

Liaufau C Hasn't really stood out. Probably wouldn't get snaps is we had better LB's. He has shown potential

Beebee- B. Mixed bag. Has been excellent in pass protection but has struggled in run blocking

Carson- D. That was fun for a week. Shouldn't be playing right now. 119 QBR allowed. However he does look like could become a strong subpackage CB in time. The time isnt now though

Flournoy- INC

I mean grade for only 4 games? Its the NFL, its a professional league full of all pros, future hall of famers, pro bowl players.

Imagine being a rookie and getting thrown out there with this monsters and expect to get graded instantly.

Not every rookie is an all pro or even pro bowl or adapta easily.

Hard to say, I would say its cruel to judge this early. In a year will see.

None of the rookies have looked great so far which has contributed to our 2-2 record. Not saying any of them have been bad or don’t have potential. Kneeland and Beebe have looked pretty good but they’re all a work in progress.
Kneeland seems like he could break through as a rusher. He will get alot of chances with Law and Parsons out. Still pretty much an hussle rusher, but there are definitely tools there

Our of all of them, Im actually most hopeful for Guyton. He has had his downs, but if you look at the level of competition he has had he has done as well as you could hope

Pretty much what I thought after starting so many inexperienced kids. It is really too early to judge them but I hope Dak is wearing his track shoes tomorrow night. Piggsburgh offence is average but their defense can get after the QB. Dak had better pick up those cement shoes he wears.
