Do we need more physical WR'S that can go get the ball, better rbs, or a more athletic tight end?? What would help??

O LINE we already know
a bell cow at RB. Lupa might be that guy but i think you need to sign someone and only one out there i think is Fornette and he's more worse off than zeke.

More creativity in our offense between the 20's. The defense tightens up in the red zone, unfortunately so do we. I think O line boo boos are a problem too. Tyrons injury replacement #71 makes key mistakes that cost us. Tyler is playing RG now instead of RT in Tyrons absence because #71 misses run and pass blocks making him a huge liability.
Your take would have more credibility if you knew what positions the guys play. That and that whole "Tyler Smith is the highest rated guard in the NFL" thing..

No TOs
A QB that can read defences and throw with anticipation and touch
Better OL play
A power RB

The ability to run the ball whenever you want to. I don't think the Cowboys are at that point yet. Some of this is due to not being whole on the offensive line, but some of it is also a mindset that they have to have.

Running the ball in the red zone is about moving people. Right now we just don't do that. I think once the line is at full strength we will be able to but then there is still the issue of our tight ends. The whole lot of them are C-minus at best blockers. At this point we can only reliably run behind Martin and Steele down there. Don't think teams don't know that and stack the hell out of that side. When Tryon comes back and Tyler is up to speed I think we will also be able to run behind them but Biadasz simply gets overpowered by the big guys down there and again the tight ends aint helpin. That's why you need a big body banger who can plow through people to run it down there. Nobody wants to hear it but we really miss Zeke down there. Maybe Luepke can fill that role going forward. He did a nice job on Sunday..

Now you're talking we need a closer a finisher a guy that's not afraid of contact and will lower his head and not be denied.
We need a Marion Barber type guy to finish drives off in that area
It would help their red zone offense tremendously.

I think it’s really a non issue that will eventually correct itself.

I think Deuce Vaughn should get used more in these areas too. That’s where he can really make plays. In tight spaces.

A legitimate power back would be sweet.

Not to mention, the original 5 starters on the O-line?

What would fix our redzone issues is scoring TDs in the redzone.

Maybe have the tight ends catch the balls in the end zone might help?
I cant believe we drafted a blocking TE with hands of stone in the freaking 2nd round.

I swear, this team pisses away more 2nd round picks than any team in the league.

Run the ball inside the 20 better and use well designed PA fakes as opposed to the afterthought additions we have seen to this point.

I have to disagree I feel it's a real issue .

It's like a tire with a slow leak field goals temporarily fix the problem like airing it back up but eventually it leaks down faster and faster and has to be fixed.
If we can't score touchdowns in the Red zone against teams like the 49ers and the eagles we are going to be left flat and stranded.
I think Dak he needs to be used more in this area if it's not there he needs to tuck it away and run it.
