What would it take for you to buy back in on Sunday?

Batman, Catwoman, whoever...so long as Daffy Dak is not behind center.

I got problems with Mike McCarthy, I predicated he would be fired by game 9 after the GB debacle. I got issues with Zimmer as our defensive coach and the constant switching of schemes while simultaneously bringing in aging vets, mixed with raw rookies and then expecting them to perform cohesively. So yeah...issues galore. But NOTHING compares to the Choker behind center. He makes all the money and he's useless when you need him to be a gunslinger against the better teams.

So yeah..I'll quote Yoda too: " You must unlearn what you have learned"
Well I was pretty happy when we had Captain America behind center but that ship has sailed long ago.

I will agree with you completely on McCarthy and believe he should have been fired directly after the Green Bay game he is unable at this point in his career to prepare a team for a playoff game.

And I will quote Clint Eastwood as dirty Harry. "A man has got to know his limitations". This pertains to Jerry The source of all our problems.

I hope Ravens destroy this team so bad.

I love and will love the Cowboys until the end of my days. But I wish with all my heart that Jerry’s football ego continues to get destroyed.

Bro, I like Dak. I am one of the haters that always acknowledges Dak's stellar leadership, work ethic, skills development, etc. He's built himself into a pretty good NFL QB after 9 years. That being said...HE'S A CHOKER.

I don't specifically picture him being injured...just gone. Out. He could be injured...that'll work too. It doesn't have to be catastrophic. Romo got injured in the preseason and was out for 9 games...what that "catastrophic"? You guys are too eager to virtue signal. "I would NEVER...". Who's better than you?
Its not virtue on my part. I just think its poor sportsmanship to wish injury on anyone

By making sound, smart and largely unsentimental decisions.

Mods...please take note of the tone. "Garbage", "No place on this board..." or "...even in life".

Now...if I respond in kind...who was being rude and calling names?

I'll just say this: Any man whose feelings are hurt by the TRUTH is no man...but a boy skipping through life mad everyone doesn't see things the way he does.

I don't wish death on him. He's getting paid REGARDLESS...is that "garbage" to you? Apparently not. If you're used to eating out of the trash it's all good, eh?
Vile.

What kind of person roots for players to get injured?
Nobody here knows Dak personally or wishes him to be injured. Some people DO wish for a change under center though. Something different. We've seen the current movie over and over.

There's another thread wanting a WR to be cut for slipping on a route. Zero outrage at wishing a young man be fired. But in this thread, wishing an injury on a QB making 9 figures guaranteed $ is considered "vile"...smh

People, it's the internet. Nothing is real here. Relax.

#4 out for the year
The problem with this is, one you don’t want to wish injury on anyone, and most importantly the Cowboys do not have a better alternative. There will be no drafting a QB in the first round. There will be no trading for a potential replacement. Dak is your QB for the next 4 years if you like it or not. That contract cements that. Wanting him gone for a season would not be productive for the team’s future.

Wish they were banned. No place on this site for wishing harm to any Cowboys players, much less our franchise QB.
Would you have been ok with someone wishing harm / injury to Romo back when you were constantly ripping into him? We all know how you felt (and still feel) about Romo.

No!!! Never!!!

That's why no matter how much I berated Romo's "Hollywoodism" during his early prime years, I never once ever wished harm to him. Anyone who does that should be banned!

Oh that poster was definitely rooting for an injury or otherwise.

Some posters here are veritable psychopaths.

Keep wishing serious injuries on players you don't like...

I know we're going to play better this week but the ravens need a W badly. I think it might come down to a battle of the two GOAT kickers, unless they run us into the mud. Henry scores at least twice guaranteed.

I get it but since when does anyone on this forum have the "high ground" as far as moral's go? Lest ye be judged...cast the first stone and all that stuff. No one is perfect. Thank God...

I'm not on the field of play. When the Cowboys are facing SF and Deebo Samuel is out, are you happy? Did you "wish it into existence"? I'm not on TV, radio or running for office, I just told you what it would take for me to buy in. Translation: As long as Dak is behind center, I'm not bought in.

I'm all in so I don't need to buy back in, I'm never out. 2 games , 2 weeks of competition and people are having a fit like it's the end of the season. We lost had our butts kicked royally, it didn't look good and as bad as ya'll feel the players, coaches and the whole organization feels worse. 15 more games to go, 2 games does not show you what this team will be by the end of the season, by 6/7th game we will have a good idea of what this team is.
These first 6 games if we finish 5-1, that's great, if we finish 4-2, that's good and if we finish 3-3 we might not finish 12-5 again, but maybe 11-7/10-7 but we will make the playoffs and see what happens from there. I say we will be no less than 4-2, but I don't believe we will lose another game until the next 6 games after the bye week
