What WR do the cowboys want?

The Boys have been looking at WR even before the Jets took and interest in Miles. By all accounts and rumors who are they really targeting? Who has a good source? Something tells me something is going on.

Hakeem Nicks - hands, tough, size
Brian Robiskie - hands, route running, tough, clutch
Mike Thomas - speed, tough, versatile
Johnny Knox/Mike Wallace - speed, versatile
Quan Cosby - quickness, intelligent, tough, versatile

Isaiah Williams - size, speed

I heard someone (mosley mabye) say they like Robiskie (sp?) and to keep an eye out for Dillard (sp?) from Rice.

I don't know if he has a source for that or just speculating.

Just looking at highlights, Hakeem Nicks is the guy that stands out. Plays big like Irvin and has good feet too.

Nicks reminds me of Michael Irvin.. a lot. I'm not sure if the Cowboys like him all that much.

I believe either Brandon Tate from UNC or Mike Thomas of the Univ. of Arizona would be ideal. We need someone who can be dynamite in the punt return game and also play the slot when called upon.

Both of those guys certainly fit the description.

Do the Cowboys want a receiver? We all agree they should draft one, but the last receiver we drafted high was Antonio Bryant. The Cowboys don't seem to believe in using premium picks on receivers. I hope that changes this year.

Heywood-Bey, Robiskie and Nicks will be gone by 51. I'm not to warm to the idea of trading up for a WR. IMO we have bigger needs on this team.

this is true and i wont be surprised if they dont draft one until late in the draft.
