Keep your eye on Heywood-Bey of MD. Kid can fly and is a playmaker..
His speed will get him drafted early, like in the top 15 picks. Teams drool over speed, regardless if the talent is there or not. Not saying this kid doesn't have any, just saying someone will reach for him.

Uhhh, no, that's most assuredly NOT the thinking around here...

And witless sarcasm is not a substantive contribution to the dialogue... I'm sure you got a snicker at your sarcasm, but that's about the only thing any of us got from your playing the smart***...

I like sarcasm-- if it's funny... yours isn't...

Nope, it's just more of what has become your typical schtick-- whine, snarl, gripe, indulge in sarcasm...
SB why do you feed into that nonsense? He does it on purpose.

Kevin Mawae made the Pro Bowl at age 37. He's played for 15 years. He's the heart and soul of the Titans' offensive line. Now, he's getting up there in age.

If you draft a center and give him second round money, he's going to have a three time Pro Bowl player blocking him for the duration of his contract, if Gurode stays healthy.

Andre Gurode is the Cowboys best offensive linemen, and I bet other teams agree.

It's Hicks if he slips, Dillard in the mid-rounds and Turner late. 2 of the 3 will be cowboys and Hurd is history. Crayton will be gone next year as well. The sleeper Inglassisis (sp), dallas wants him but if Hicks slips it will make them rethink safety, if they go safety in the 2nd he will be gone by the 3rd.

so let's say the Jets do take Austin away.

51 - OG Duke Robinson
52 - C Eric Wood

what do you guys think of this outcome?

I'd be pissed. I'd Rather it be Duke/Wood at 51, at 52, WR Iglesias or Nicks.

We have Roy (way overrated) Williams, and Witten on our team.

Most think Roy is the great WR we've all been looking for and so does are genius owner so why go and get someone else?

Also, most seem to think that Witten is dominant, which I completely disagree with, he's great, just not dominant.

But since we have these 2, plus Austin and these other wonderful receivers, it's useless talking about bringing other in.
