Excellent depth.Seriously what is going on with him? Does anyone have an update? He was looking promising until the knee injury. Now it's like he doesn't exist.
he ran down Danny Jones pretty good last year on a run QB option play at the goal line and knocked him out for the game. Our problem on defense is stopping the run and long gashes. Cox plays the pass but, can't tackle and is light in the butt. Maybe he will develop next year.

exactly a big SSLVE plays almost every defensive snap, and Barr is used as a pass rusher at times from his position. Cox is not a MLB or a pass rush threat, so the way the defense is constructed he would probably be more of a SS. That's just how I see it.
The bigger question should be:
What's the deal with Dan Quinn??? Why is he favoring much older and way slower LBs over a young, quick, fast and aggressive LB?
This is a good questionSeriously what is going on with him? Does anyone have an update? He was looking promising until the knee injury. Now it's like he doesn't exist.
Pretty good speculation. Sounds about right to me.Pure speculation on my part but I think coming back from the injury they don’t feel the rush to play him just yet. I think next year we will get a better idea of how this team fills about him because I think LVE will be playing for someone else and Barr more than likely will too.
It's more about who is ahead of him. He is more of a nickel player where the likes of Barr/Kearse are ahead of him. Both our linebackers are on 1 yr deals, perhaps next year will give him a real opportunity to contribute. Think Clark actually has more of a chance to see playing time with the defense this season.Seriously what is going on with him? Does anyone have an update?
