Always thought Jarvis Redwine was a great name for a football player. He was an RB at Nebraska who never panned out in the NFL.

Yes, it's the off season and I thought I'd play my part in the uh, creative, thread production.

I always loved Joe Don Looney.

Then there's Guy Whimper.

And who can forget the first Chinese players Wan Hung Lo and Re Li Fat.

Elvis Grbac whose father was Elvis and mom from Grbaciastan.

One of the most used players of recent memory was Ben Gay.

Yes, I'm bored. But remember this is no worse than who is the worst Cowboys player ever whose name I forget.

Do I get a Rotten Egg for this one?

I always liked Obert Logan no. 0

Elmo Wright , I worked with him a few years back. "Elmo is credited with football's first end-zone dance"

Now you bring up a name I haven't heard for a long time, Joe Don Looney. Growing up a Longhorn fan as a kid, I still remember listening to the Humble Oil& Refining broadcasts of UT games, including games with OU and JD Looney. I have fond memories of Kern Tips calling those games.

A name is a name. Don't go overboard with the innuendos or outright explicit discussion please. Thanks.
