What's to say O line

I'd rather Dallas let this OL build some cohesion where they're at. They need to work on their pass protection and shuffling players around won't help.

It will be interesting to see how the draft unfolds given the strong DL depth. Years ago there was strong OG depth and many among us swore up and down that a top tier OG would fall to us,,, but nope, draft class deficiencies at other positions actually caused an early run on guards and the promising ones were gone before Big D picked. Ideally there will be a solid DE/DT when #27 rolls around but it could very well be that an OT is the BPA.

I would experiment in training camp looking at Martin at center and Fredrick at guard. But in no way would I move Martin to tackle. His strength is in the interior and does not have the measurables to be a NFL tackle.

There are two tackles in the draft I would ABSOLUTELY take with my first round pick and that is La'el Collins and Erick Flowers.

I agree they should resign one of them. I understand wanting to improve every position on the team and I agree there are better RTs out there, but when a positional group is already elite (and only getting better) I think you should focus on other needs. I'd hope a 1st round pick would be spent on a position other than O-line.

Yes, generally you expect a 1st round pick to be a starter. If the Cowboys re-sign Parnell or Free, it is unlikely that any player in this draft would beat them out as rookie.

It will be much more clear after the free agent decisions have been made. If they keep Parnell, then he projects to be the starter for a few years. If they keep Free, then 2015 could be his last year as a starter considering his ankle surgeries and age. Also, if they go big in free agency on defense, then that could change how we feel about the draft also.

I'd rather have a lower overall talent on the line and maintain cohesion across 4/5 of it. Bring in an RT and leave Martin where he is.

If a tackle doesnt have the athleticsim to play both sides than i would not draft him early.DJ humphries is interesting if his medical history checks out ,we can get him in a trade back
