There's nothing wrong with rubbing people the wrong way as long as it doesn't denegrate into name calling and outright dislike between posters. Some of the guys I disagree with the most are the guys I like the best here. They make me think. Most of all I can't fathom wanting to dislike a fellow Cowboys fan. Not even one who drives me crazy. There are 31 other teams to dislike. Cowboys fans are a brotherhood.

A compliment....I always respect my elders. You were Doomsday when this site was a just a thought in someones mind.

I must admit, I recall very little about the Cowboys in the pre-Staubach days but the 70's had the highs and lows that made it fun to be a Cowboys fan and the late 80's set the stage that made the early 90's even sweeter. I can only hope that my kids will have half as much fun and joy following the Cowboys as I have.

Welcome. It is the best Cowboy forum you can find. You'll find homers on here, cynics who seem to hate/dislike just about everything, those who hate Parcells, those who hate Bledsoe, those who love Julius Jones, those who love MBIII, and a variety of other types some even dating back to loving/hating Quincy.

I'm middle of the road -- meaning I love the Cowboys but temper my feelings but lots of reality. On the other hand, when the Cowboys win like first 2 preseason games, I'm happy. When they lose, even in preseason, I'm in dispair but come out of it in 1-2 days.

Funny you would ask. I have a Jack Russell named Haley, named after u know who. Got her in '93. She is slowing down and its kinda sad.
