You get used to it man. I get accused of being negative by Cowboys fans and called a homer by other team's fans because I can smack talk with the best of them.

I'm a proud cynic. It doesn't get any more confusing than that.

I definitely would like to see things before jumping in the deep end, but I root no differently. I will go by talent and execution. Faith and prayer are for you know....AA.

It is the only one I have ever used on any football website. For me I use it to signify how long I have been a Cowboy fan dating back to the days of Doomsday

Welcome. It is the best Cowboy forum you can find. You'll find homers on here, cynics who seem to hate/dislike just about everything, those who hate Parcells, those who hate Bledsoe, those who love Julius Jones, those who love MBIII, and a variety of other types some even dating back to loving/hating Quincy.

I'm middle of the road -- meaning I love the Cowboys but temper my feelings but lots of reality. On the other hand, when the Cowboys win like first 2 preseason games, I'm happy. When they lose, even in preseason, I'm in dispair but come out of it in 1-2 days.

I can tell from the ribbing I found a home. I am not an "anti homer" either. I am middle of the road I suppose. You wont catch me bronzing Romo purse hand quite yet. I would like to see some big wins before the Montana/Elway comparisons. TB game was not my SB last year!

There's nothing wrong with rubbing people the wrong way as long as it doesn't denegrate into name calling and outright dislike between posters. Some of the guys I disagree with the most are the guys I like the best here. They make me think. Most of all I can't fathom wanting to dislike a fellow Cowboys fan. Not even one who drives me crazy. There are 31 other teams to dislike. Cowboys fans are a brotherhood.
