You specifically said "The player signs the contract and agrees to the rules. It is really that simple no matter if you think the rules or right or not."
IMO, he has done nothing wrong at the NFL level, if he was not contracted. If he is in the program, because his employer knows of a drug problem he has, that is a different story.
He is in phase one of the Drug Program already...I don't care if he did not sign a contract with the team or not at that time. It is a fact. Either you get it or you do not...that is on you.
AFTER he signs the contract with the NFL and Team if he fails another drug test he can be moved into phase two.
Most Players come into the league without being in Phase one of the drug program.
So if it happens when they are a rookie, they get put into phase one. Instead Randy is already in phase one.
I honestly don't know why you don't get it. But for whatever reason you don't and I will no waste any further time trying to help you understand it when you don't want to.
