Everywhere he's played, the team has been trying to find someone better than him to plug in. I agree that he'll be okay in a rotation and will make the occasional penetration play.
What would worry me about him if I were an Eagles fan would be the propensity the defenses he's played for has had to let the running game run wild. Last year, before he was replaced in Indy... they were letting runners gain yardage at a frightening pace. As one of their DT's, I'd say Reagor was a big part of that failure. Put it this way... Philly didn't give him very much money and Indy didn't do anything to try to stop him from leaving. That should tell you a lot about how much they valued his services.
Still, all in all, as long as Philly isn't counting on him for much more than giving a starter some rest from time to time... it isn't really a bad thing for them. They're going to need some more beef on their DL if they want to stay competitive in the NFC East though. Tiki is gone, but Dallas and Washington both have a power running game that will give Philly fits if they don't have somone to anchor the DL.
In a nutshell... nothing to write home about, but then Philly probably isn't counting on him too much anyway, so... meh.
I'm just looking forward to him lining up across from Leonard Davis this fall.
