What do you think about his job performance? This is his 4th year as secondary coach. He was here when Mo was drafted, when Carr was acquired, and he's been here for most of our two safeties careers.

I'm not a big fan. He should have understood Mo's issues with film study years ago and resolved it. His abilities as a coach is suspect to me because of it.
I see nothing from this guy except for the fact that he's a bit better than that clown that was in his position before him.

Wasn't overly impressed how he did under Ryan and not all that impressed right now. He is okay, I guess. Just not sure how he blends with Marinelli. You would think he would have a Tampa 2 type DB coach since the zone coverage concepts are so important.

I think he deserves significantly better safeties if he's expected to be successful. A coach is only as good as the talent he is charged with developing. If they lack basic pass coverage traits, no coach can manufacture miracles.

He was here when we drafted Wilcox.

To me the DBs look like they are where they are supposed to be.

Sometimes they just don't make the play or the offensive play design is has our coverage beat.

Better than Campo.

Todd Bowles says Hi - Its not always the coach its the personnel. People wanted to run Bowles out of Dallas more then anyone else. Now he is/was one of the best defensive coaches in the league. Its easy to judge a guy on FA pickups, but a lot of people liked Carr coming here. We were told he was physical and shutdown. Some people were skeptical, but overall I don't think it was a bad pickup. Has he performed up to his contract... No, but there were other corners taken that year that aren't even in the league anymore.

He claps a lot which apparently is an important quality here.

If he's signed off on these safeties then he needs to go. Anyone being honest would have been pushing for improvement during free agency and/or the draft.

We're tied for second to last in turnovers.

Pressure was good yesterday yet not good enough for white to catch a ball in his hands.

His unit is consistently passive when it comes to making plays. Watching a lot of NFL, I saw so many athletic plays by corners around the league. These guys are either missing tackles or dropping picks.

Carr doesn't fit the scheme and I can't blame that on Jerome. Neither does Claiborne and he's starting to get something out of him. Patmon has been nice (I think the staff likes him, but put White in there instead because they wanted a more physical player against Edelman and company). I like Byron Jones and Wilcox.

I think Henderson has done alright. They don't look poorly coached as much as they look like bad fits and low draft picks. I just think it's more on the change of D-Coordinators and what the D-Coordinators want than Henderson's coaching. The talent we've paid big $$$ for were bad fits and the other talent were either UDFA's (Patmon and Church) or lower level prospects.

I don't recall anybody wanting to run Bowles out of town. I do recall them wanting Campo's head on a stick and we had a lot more INT's under Campo than under Bowles. I always thought that Bowles was...at least for this time...a better coach than Campo at coaching DB's.

I agree that he has to shoulder some of the blame for Mo.

I guess Marinelli likes him and his fit in the scheme, or he'd be gone.

I don't what it is, but we have zero ball hawks. Our DB's can't locate a ball to save their life and when they do they drop it.

It is hard to tell what Henderson is really doing, to me anyways. Now, I can tell you what Wade Wilson is doing...........absolutely nothing!

Parcells ran the guy out of town, then he was brought back when Bill left. He has not developed ONE QB. He has an NFL job only because of Romo, that may apply to Garrett as well.

I've thought the same since 2009. There is no point to him being on the staff besides a comfort level.
