Let's be honest. Does anyone know how to truly identify what he does as a secondary coach to blame him for why Church and Wilcox can't cover or take bad angles? Is that really his fault?

It's tough to make chicken salad out of chicken ****. The safeties stink, Carr is bad, Scandrick is hurt, Mo Claiborne while better, has not lived up to draft spot.

I'm not a big fan. He should have understood Mo's issues with film study years ago and resolved it. His abilities as a coach is suspect to me because of it.
I see nothing from this guy except for the fact that he's a bit better than that clown that was in his position before him.

Yeah, Corso tells it like it is !!!

It is hard to tell what Henderson is really doing, to me anyways. Now, I can tell you what Wade Wilson is doing...........absolutely nothing!

Parcells ran the guy out of town, then he was brought back when Bill left. He has not developed ONE QB. He has an NFL job only because of Romo, that may apply to Garrett as well.

I still wonder why the hell Wade Wilson is an employee of the Dallas Cowboys. He is about as necessary (and useful) as Rowdy.

The secondary has looked about commensurate with the talent they have back there. Wilcox is a 4th rounder and Church is an UDFA. Claiborne is looking sharper this year. Carr has regressed.

Talent will almost always be commensurate with the play on the field, but Henderson doesn't do a whole lot (from my observation and I use Mo and will continue to do so) for the talent he has.
He could put more focus on film study, but apparently he doesn't. He can tell Marinelli, or Kiffin his guys are ready to play a zone, but then they aren't...

And why has Carr regressed? It's not like he doesn't take pride in his play...

Hmmm... This thread is souring me on Henderson by the post.

Stop... don't put me on suicide watch...
I don't like the bindings... when a guy is tying the knots.

For real though.

What do you think about his job performance? This is his 4th year as secondary coach. He was here when Mo was drafted, when Carr was acquired, and he's been here for most of our two safeties careers.

Anybody with the letters "secondary" in their name....I hate.

Maybe someone who understands and knows the game and scheme better than me can help because I've been wondering this for a while.....

I thought the "Tampa 2" did not require great corners but did require excellent safety play.

However, it seems that high picks and salary has been allocated to the corner position and we have gone a bit cheap at safety.

Do we not run an actual "Tampa 2" or could this be part of the problem?

Thanks....
