I didn't think the defense played as well today as they had the previous couple of weeks but the Giant offense was hitting on all cylinders and they've got a lot of weapons on that team.

Barber/Jacobs ate us up today...especially our left side. But in the end we held the Giants (playing very well) to 20 points. I'll take that any day. We have the offense to win that battle almost every time.

What is perplexing is that EVERYONE knows that if you pressure a Manning, you can beat them. Zimmer had it all figured out and did that against Peyton and guess what, a big win.
Why we didn't get any real pressure on Eli today is beyond me. Against the Colts, we had some great schemes, blitzes, and the DL just flat out got Peyton a little rattled.
Eli is even easier to rattle yet we just let him sit back there. I'm confused.
And I KNOW that the Colts OL is better than the NYG OL.

The other frustrating part of today's game is that we got zero TOs. We must have had at least 3 INTs hit us in the chest and we didn't make the catch. Plus, we also let a fumble lay on the ground for about a full minute before anyone realized it. We have to make one of those plays. Chicago does frequently, and that's why they can win with a QB with a 0.0 Qb rating.
