When do we hear the emergency appeal status?

So its Thursday now and I read about Zeke attorney filing an emergency appeal case.

We have a game in 3 days. When do we hear when the emergency hearing will be? Or if they even grant one.

Sorry if the answer has been buried in one of the other threads.

In a couple of weeks we should hear something. At this point he should just lay low, doubt he wins the appeal since the NFLPA agreed to the CBA terms and the NFL has a stranglehold in the NYC federal courts.

It should be by tomorrow night....... they were just going to read the stuff submitted up til now and not hear any new arguments............... longshot but they are only hunting for an injunction not a trial victory

Wish the NFLPA would find a tactful way to present all of the comments across Twitter, ProFootballTalk, etc. to show that the way the NFL presented it's "findings" have convinced the casual fan that he is guilty of a crime that our legal system and the lead NFL investigator disagreed with. This a perfect example of the old saying that perception is reality. If that's not irreparable harm clearly I don't know what the definition is.

Its an extreme long shot. If they aren't even going to hear oral arguments, that is a win for the NFL, I would think. Don't get your hopes up.

Lack of urgency to hear the case, should tell you that the outcome is not likely positive.

Zeke’s team has yet to hear from the appeals court in NY that has jurisdiction. They asked for a ruling by end of business yesterday but did not get it. That court is not in session today or Friday, I have been told, but could be wrong. In the event there is a ruling, it would come Saturday, if these judges work on weekends.

IMO opinion, which will not buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks, he is out this weekend. The NFL filed its own brief to contest Zeke’s effort as well. Roger will go to the mat and spend any amount of money on attorneys to win.
