When is enough, enough

JG is our only hope right now. Jerry respects him and he clearly has input into the make up of the roster. There is no doubt in my mind that he is the reason why Davis and Gurode were not retained.

We have to hope that he has a solid plan in mind that includes rebuilding the offensive line and defense. To be fair we are only one season into his tenure, lets give the guy a chance to put his stamp on the team and sees where it goes from there. Yes he made some critical game management mistakes but I still think he has the potential to be a good head coach for us. He is learning on the job which isnt always ideal, but some times you have to take a step backwards in order to move forward.

:lmao: :lmao:
wait a minute
this is beyond funny

now we need to HOPE that a person we know has no idea about good personnel (JJ) is going to take personnel advice from a person we HOPE has some idea (when this person has no history in picking personnel and is actually the HC)

and the HC is "still learning" his own job

this is not too make cooks in the kitchen

this is the restaurant owner (who thinks he is the chef) taking advice from the waiter

Basically, yeah. What else is there to do other than not support the team?

that's up to all individuals. but for someone saying they've been watching forever, how many times have you seen "fans" demand jones step down? how many times has he said he never will?

when you've had enough you'll quit asking and just watch or go away.

apparantely you've not had enough yet.

The question wasn't when is enough enough for me, but rather when does Jerry finally wave the white flag and admit defeat.

Sadly my guess is never. We'll probably have to wait until he goes the way of Al Davis.

It's really quite simple. If you're that tired of Jerry the GM and want that kind of change you only need to do one thing.

You need to quit watching the Cowboys on TV, at the games live, and buy no merchandise.

That's it. That simple. Well you need to and you need to somehow convince thousands and thousands and thousands more to join in with you on your cause and then you'll get the change you want.

It's as simple as hitting Jerry in the wallet cause it's the only way you're ever going to see him stop being GM, outside of when he decides to retire all together.

This is true but I'm not advocating for some boycott because that will never happen.

Although it would bring a smile to my face to see Jerry have to deal with a couple of blackouts.

he won't. but when will fans call him a meddling owner when as far as i know, no former cowboys coach agreed with that assesment?

jones has said he's not going anywhere. i just don't get why people don't believe him.

Sounds like a brilliant strategy.
