I'm referring to regular season, of course. I remember losses to Wash, Detroit, St. Louis, NYG, but I can't remember the last win to end the regular season.

Was that the last game of the season? I'm trying to look it up, but not having much success.lane;2521454 said:was it the crayton catch game against washington?

I guess you can say we are due.Hostile;2521497 said:Let me put it to you this way.
Not under Wade's watch unless we do it this year. That would be 2 years.
Not under Parcells' Watch. That's 4 years.
Not under Campo's watch. That's 3 years.
1999 was the last time we won the last game of the season.
...for another loss.jgboys1;2521507 said:I guess you can say we are due.

1999 was the last time we won the last game of the season. We won both years under Chan Gailey.
Then you go all the way back to the last Super Bowl years. We lost in 1994, but won in 1992, 1993, and 1995.
So since the Jerry watch began in 1989 we have won 6 and lost 13 of the last games of the season.
1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1998, & 1999 for the wins. We have not won in this decade on the last game of the season.
1989, 1990, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007 for the losses.

In the 1960's...6-4
In the 1970's...7-3
In the 1980's...2-8
In the 1990's 6-4
In the 21st Century...0-8
We were 15-14 under Tom Landry.
3-2 under Jimmy.
1-3 under Barry.
2-0 under Chan.
0-3 under Campo.
0-4 under the Big Tuna.
0-1 under Wade.
Scary Note of the Day

The good news is that the Cowboys have a chance to get into the playoffs. They just need to beat Philadelphia next Sunday.
Now here’s the bad news. Actually two items of it. Remember the last time the Cowboys and Eagles played? It was a Monday night, September thriller that resulted in a Dallas 41-37 win. The Cowboys needed every single one of their *then* healthy players (Marion Barber was 100%, remember those days?) to get the victory.
Now, this might be the REALLY bad news. The Cowboys have lost their last 8 season finales. EIGHT! They haven’t won in the final game of the regular season this decade, this century or this millennium. The last regular season finale win was in 1999 against the Giants. I’m not saying history is the ultimate predictor of the future but……OUCH!!!!!!
Going to be tough. I’m just sayin’.
