When this season ultimately crashes and burns, would you hire DeMeco Ryans?

When this season ultimately crashes and burns, would you hire him as head coach? I think this guy could be an incredible hire. He's assembled a great defensive staff in SF. He also has no tolerance for soft players. He would bring a physicality to the whole team. I think if you want to be an elite team in the NFL, you have to start poaching from the successful franchises.

I’m thankful you’re not making decisions

The question really is- who will actually come here and coach. Not who would we want. Who will put up with an owner/gm like Jones and his son. Who will actually want to be a coach in this situation?

The Joneses wouldn’t. That is all that matters.

For what?

Coaching credentials aren't the issue.

Will he be subservient to Jerry Jones, allowing him to grab credit for the coach's accomplishments?

Will he accept the fact whatever master plan he might have will be flushed down the toilet as Jerry micro-manages him while simultaeneously undermining his authority, ignoring his advice and creating distractions?

Will he be okay with the constant contradictions between his press conferences and Jerry's?

The only eligible HC's are those so far down the ladder that they willingly accept a job that requires them to surrender all dignity and respect left

So you're content with being a one and done team? Look, I love having a good team. But don't we all want to win a Super Bowl? It's not happening as currently constructed.
