These posts after a loss are unreal. Cowboys have one of the best records in the league, when they had to have their backup qb play 5 games. They are headed back into the postseason back to back years which hasn’t been done In many years. The answer is firing our HC for someone who has never done it? Makes zero sense. The bigger issue lies with the front office and the owner and his son

Well, I guess we should give you a nice big “good sport” ribbon huh ? Seems about your speed. We have won nothing the last 2 years and were embarrassed and scared last year losing our home playoff game to the 49ers. So yah, some changes are needed. And starting with MM and KM would be a great start. Now run along as most of us here have higher standards - like championships.

IF…if we lose in the first round again, hiring another HC won’t be the difference we’ve needed for nearly 3 decades- getting Jerry Jones to stop running this thing like he’s the face of the franchise. It kills the culture.

If we don’t address that, hiring Sean Payton or the ghosts of either Tom Landry or Vince Lombardi won’t make us better. Period. There’s a fundamental fly in the ointment and if you don’t change that it’s rinse and repeat every year. We have a Jones problem first and foremost.

Hopefully, we go on a deep playoff run this year. But I will believe it when it happens.

When this season ultimately crashes and burns, would you hire him as head coach? I think this guy could be an incredible hire. He's assembled a great defensive staff in SF. He also has no tolerance for soft players. He would bring a physicality to the whole team. I think if you want to be an elite team in the NFL, you have to start poaching from the successful franchises.

I have not read other posts yet, it may have been asked.

Will Jerry force him to keep Moore as OC?
If so, it won't matter who the HC is.

and in a preseason where fans said was historically bad offseason and predicted 7-10 as avg record..go back and look. when dak goes down 4-13 was predicted

Now a coach in fact per media and fans predications for a bad season HAS Overachieved... getting to the playoffs is overachieving per expectations on how bad this roster was..

that was exactly all talk the in zone on , and other outlets all said this roster was bad and some even said they thought Jerry was organically tanking by not putting better roster on the field. now 10-4, 2 OT losses form being Undefeated post BYE and somehow our coaches should fired B2B winning seasons , even finished 2020 3-1
thats a lot of winning since going 3-1 to finish 2020, 12-5, and now 10-4 with 3 to go and crash and burn is used as a headline? 25-10 since ending that 2020 season with some upside.

goal posts constantly moved, double standards used on our team vs other teams, and ridiculous expectations are out on our players and coaches.

magic that has led to almost an identical career in all aspects as MM , the magic that had him go 3 straight 7-9 seasons with drew Brees healthy. hmm right grass must be greener, wait its not!!

Yes, I’d absolutely grab him.

After this season inevitably ends the same way it always does; this one specifically is mimicking last years debacle, I’d grab a guy like Ryans and allow HIM to build a staff. No more Jerry’s guys hired before the HC gets in and is forced to carry them on

Doing it when the arrow is pointing up is "dumber".

A new OC might be in the cards but cleaning house would be
