Just kidding. I hope you are right.

It will be the most talented team he's ever had. He said the same thing before we went 6 and 10 in 1997. He is the ultimate liar. And I'm not buying from him anymore. It’s usually at the Senior Bowl when we hear from him and jughead jr. We’ll get to hear how optimistic Jerry is about 2024 and that he can’t think of anyone better to be stuck in a bunker with than Mike McCarthy.
Exactly what I was thinking. As a card carrying member of the 'Jerry needs to shut the hell up' club, the longer it is that he is heard from the better.Enjoy the silence.
That is crazy! He'll try to grab some spotlight during the Super Bowl.
Last time he was in it for real, he was 52. Wow.
I used to give JJ credit for at least being a stand up guy after a loss by facing the press. He did do his post game presser after the GB playoff debacle. Complete with tears and shock. Kudos…I guess. After DQ is hired/retained?
SB week?
Senior Bowl?
When?
He said the same thing about Dave Campo, Wade, and Garrett. It’s usually at the Senior Bowl when we hear from him and jughead jr. We’ll get to hear how optimistic Jerry is about 2024 and that he can’t think of anyone better to be stuck in a bunker with than Mike McCarthy.
HelloEnjoy the silence.
Perfect.Helloquick exitdarkness, my old friend
I've come toshake my headtalk with you again
Because abutt-kickingvision softly creeping
Left itsnumber twoseeds while I was sleeping
And the visionof no advancementthat was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound... of silence...
~apologies to Simon & Garfunkel
You just crushed my soul.
Just kidding. I hope you are right.
You’re right about that. He will be the first one yapping when there’s praise, but hides after the biggest loss in Cowboys history? Man in the mirror, wood shed, whatever just quit being a coward and say something!I used to give JJ credit for at least being a stand up guy after a loss by facing the press. BUT…the guy who cannot say no to a notepad or microphone; the man who along with his son have not one, but TWO local radio shows every week, is suddenly MIA and “unavailable for comment” after his embarrassing “we are really close” statement about keeping McCarthy.
It’s that kind of stuff that makes so tired of his annual call for “credit” because he never seems to allow the blame for failure to point at anyone at the Star named Jones. It’s pathetic.
I hear ya brother. But we might as well enjoy this rare season of silence from the biggest mouth in the NFL.You’re right about that. He will be the first one yapping when there’s praise, but hides after the biggest loss in Cowboys history? Man in the mirror, wood shed, whatever just quit being a coward and say something!
