Don't forget the 38-14 MNF shellacking the Rams laid on us in 1980 that cost the team a realistic shot at winning the NFC east over the Eagles.

But that 1979 game was terrible. The next week, we would have hosted the Tampa Bay Bucs in the NFC championship game. The Rams went on to shut out the Bucs. Shut them out! I wanted one more crack at the Steelers in the 1970s. Darn you Rams!
