To be fair he is looking almost straight into the sun. Just pointing that out. He could very well be baked.

Way back in high school the school called my parents over concerns that I was exhibiting signs of drug use.

My eyes were red and watery and they felt I was sometimes acting "lethargic".

Both of which were true. This was in May/June. The red watery eyes were a result of the pollen allergies and the lethargy from the legal drugs I sometimes had to take to deal with it.

Also, the drug testing thing is state by state. In this state drug testing can only be done as a condition of employment OR if enough probable cause can be shown. Random tests without probable cause are not allowed. There are some exceptions for certain jobs. Even the federal government has to follow the laws of the state the job is located in. I have an interview for a federal job next week.

I'm just saying... Trey Songz is 2 feet away from OBJ and clearly has a joint in his hand. You don't think, maybe, just maybe, that he offered Odell a smoke? Ultimately, though, it's a moot point - no way OBJ is gonna get drug tested any time soon.

You're right, it is moot.

I was just speaking from the perspective of someone who was himself falsely determined to be high based on circumstantial evidence that did, on the surface, appear to be damning but was in fact completely inaccurate.

I've also been offered a smoke countless times and declined for one reason or another.

I'm not trying to calling you out friend. Just offering my perspective. Apologies if it came across that way.

Reports are there was drug use all over that boat. OBJ got ONE softball question about the whole thing at his PC and ESPN talking heads are all staying on message that this was not a big deal. The double standard is crazy to me.

In the real world you can.

You can't test an employee for "looking high"

I'm pretty sure a private company can drug test any of their employees at any time.

Also, I can tell OBJ is stoned in that pic. Dude can't open his eyes

Or they have been up for 24 hours will do that also.
