Where are the leaders on this team?

The cheerleaders are probably more focused on winning than this group.
There's no leader our owner has breed a culture of it's all for me and get mine before the window closes.
The coach lied to get his job needs the money and is just following the lines of least resistance to get his paycheck pretty much like everybody else.
On this sad team.

Sorry, but I don't agree. Dak should be the leader, but on the field, he is anything but. In front of the mic, indeed, he is, but his on-field play shows me nothing. Remember when he said he wanted that big contract for his brothers? It wasn't for his the guys in the trenches protecting him; it's the guys behind him who are next in line for the $$$$. Sadly, this team is leaderless
Fully agreed. My sarcasm signal was broke.:)

Martin and D Flaw are the opposite of leaders. They are individuals who actively undermine the team and the coaches.

Dak is not a leader. He was once a well liked guy who was respected for his toughness. Now he is a complete joke.

Who is the actual leader(s) on this team? Who's the guy that can go to people and challenge them, or challenge the coaches to make this team better? Guys like Tank, Martin, Dak, Micah, J.Lew stand out to be names that can do this. Are these guys even leaders, or care about it at this point? I'm not talking about the guy that gives the pre-game rah-rah speech in the huddle, i'm referring to the guy that does it all week long? Please give your thoughts
I mean you gotta laugh.......right???

P.S. He's sweating already................. :muttley:

Jerry Jones is the defacto. leader. He gives post game locker room talks. Speaks for the coaches and players.

Totally mismanaged, lacking physicality, lacking talent, and cap-strapped. All they got to show for it is a fair-weather quarterback, wide receiver and an undersized DE that only rushes the passer. Good luck finding a leader in that mess!

You are asking a great question Coogs. I think one of the deeper problems with this team is most of the leaders are guys nearing the end of their careers, and making huge money.

Dak, DLaw, Zack Martin, Jourdan Lewis, Cedee Lamb, Micah Parsons…I guess those are the primary leaders. Parsons will get paid next spring; Tank, Martin and Lewis are likely gone after this year. Bottom line is this team is in transition.

PS….One of the biggest problems with this team is in actuality, Jerry is THE leader of this team.
