He probably did not even earn it, had some smart skinny kid take the test for him. That is what most of these stupid athletes do. Basket Weaving 101, or some other flunky course.

I guess Dak learned in order to lead, if things go bad in his workforce, he just goes and sits on his butt and stares into space.
