People are funny saying a 4-0 team with an average defense could beat a team that won 3 Super Bowls. Charles Haley would make Peyton his girlfriend to put it mildly.

It is funny because Denver has not won a damn thing yet. Yes 4-0 playing good ball with 12 games left then they have to step up in post season, make it to the SB then win it. Dallas and other SB teams already proved themselfs Denver has proven what? After 4 games they are 4-0 big deal!!!

One of the best 4-0 teams through the month of September I've ever seen. But lets tap the breaks on going any further than that.

Specifically where does this Denver team APPEAR to rank all time. Peyton is having his best season yet and this team looks they're four levels above all competition. As of right now what teams have been more dominant then the 2013 Denver Broncos throughout history? I haven't seen as much football as most of you but I can't recall a team that has been this dominant.

That being said I hope we destroy them on Sunday.

Jimma's Super Bowl teams would make mythmeat ( I half a lithspe) out of this year's Broncos.

I dont know If they would. That d couldnt stop peyton from putting 40 up

Right that opinion makes me a teenager. Like its completely out of line. No way they could outscore the broncos

The defense Dallas had back then was sick. They were 8-10 deep on the DLine back then. We had guys rotating in who could have started for the vast majority of the league at the time.

The Cowboys offense back then was tailor made to stop a team like the Broncos from scoring because they would have controled the time of possession and therefor kept Peyton and his high scoring offense off the field.

You're either a teenager who never actually saw the 90's Cowboys play or you're just completely football ignorant. You can decide which one you'd rather be.

2007 patriots were better

They're better than the 2011 Packers though

It depends on the rules too... Their WRs would have gotten man-handled. Wes Welker, I don't think, could do what he does in that era.

I think that the teams that have played Denver haven't matched up with them all that well. Seattle is a team that might give Denver fits because of the physicality of their secondary. I think it will take a while longer before we know just how good Denver is.

That D was solid with a lot of depth. All the offense would have to do is run Emmitt all day to play keep away from Peyton. Their defense could not have stopped that offense, they imposed their will.
And we have a winner!!

4 games right?

All time? Good grief it's way too soon to think about them against all time teams.

Well said. Hey, the 1995 Rams started 4-0 with the immortal Chris Miller at quarterback en route to, uh, 7-9. Let's ask where this Denver team ranks about three months from now.

I see the chiefs doing that.

The broncos will fold in playoffs. It is Peyton's MO.

Excellent point. If they had to play them during rules of that era a guy like Welker would have an extremely difficult time getting off the line of scrimmage.

They don't rank all time.

They are 4-0 in a very poor league with a guy who will make a critical mistake when the playoffs start if not sooner.
