For all we know, Crazy Cowboy was an operative, ordering strong meade in an Oslo bistro. A babe on his arm and spending like a drunken congressman.

But, more realistically, has it occurred to anybody here that it is highly coincidental that Crazy Cowboy disappeared around the time the Obama administration took office??? And now he is back. Very convenient.
