Where is everyone on Micah Parsons?

I am very negative on the guy. Elite athlete for sure but he has nothing between the ears. Folds every time he faces adversity. Before the game he was telling everyone he was a leader and ready to go parabolic. After the game he defended Zimmerman but spouted the same tired talking points of we’ll get em next time. It’s only 2 games into the season and I don’t like what I see out of him. Too one dimensional and not nearly long enough to play against NFL tackles every snap. I keep hearing they are going to move him around. I haven’t seen it. There is no way I would pay this guy.

What do you all think???

He's given too much credit for being great. He's been anointed since his rookie year as this great players. Great players take over games, great players get guys in line to play hard, not just talk. He's overrated, and I feel bad talking bad about him because of us being from the same location. It is what it is, he's too hyped for my liking. Looking around the league at other pass rushers, and comparing him to what he does, it's not the same i'm sorry! He'll make a play or 2 and that's it!

We absolutely cannot afford to make him the highest paid defensive player in NFL history after the Dak and CD contract. We need to spread the cap money around. We can't have it all tied up in 3 guys with the team performing as it does. We aren't the chiefs trying to hold the party together for another year.

As I posted earlier after seeing him up close, I realized he's just too small to be on the line. Players get their hands-on him he's goigoing backwards.
We had our chance to trade him this past offseason. And we should have taken it. You could have gotten a couple number ones.
However, I have a feeling after this season his trade value will drop a bit.
Zimmer is going to put his foot down and demand things be done his way, and some of these guys aren't going to like it.
Stay tuned.

Are we expecting him to get past two blockers and sack the QB in under four seconds?

It’s simple on him and it’s been said many times….he is an elite rusher who can be schemed out of games because the interior DL is weak.

When the offense is gashing the DL at will in the run game, I’m not so sure what Parsons is supposed to do to turn that around.

Same story with Dak and ceedee lol, play it out as long as we can, and BOOM he's going to make 90 million a year

He freelances. Doesn't play his position properly when he gets frustrated. He's a selfish player.

That's why a player of his immense ability drops to 15 in the draft.

Here we go with the double teams, ok i'll give it to you, he was on a few plays, but once again, not on every play

He has elite tools to get to the QB, but seems to be somewhat of a liability against the run, but especially these plays where the opposing offense is charging to the edge.

The good teams with smart coaching have figured out how to mitigate his impact on the game.

In games where Dallas is trailing, he seems to be a complete non factor. Disappears in some important games. Does a tremendous amount of talking, though I do truly believe that he wants to be a great player on a championship team.

Don't love him or hate him.

everyone calls him great, so to him he's great. Maybe it's time to actually move him around and put him at LB full time, pass rusher ONLY on 3rd and long

Parsons doesn't like to play the run. Diggs hates to play the run. We are already down 2 at the start. Our DTs are not that great. Our LBs are not that great. Our safeties are not that great. All the money goes to our superstar QB / WR duo and all they can do is run check down stuff from the slot. Things are looking great.

Exactly. We love these guys. His physical ability is absolutely god tier. I don't really follow college football but watching him for one game you gotta ask yourself how in he world is he not the #1 overall pick. Then you get to know him and what he is about and it all becomes clear.

IMHO very Dez like.
