Where is the tangible proof Dak is a good leader?

Where is the on-the-field proof? I don’t care about butt slaps and attaboys.

Does he perform in there clutch? No. Does he ever put the team on his back and carry them to victory? No. Does his leadership translate to a disciplined well-oiled offense? No. Does he show up in big games, playoff games. No.

Where is the proof?! *Avon Barksdale voice*

There is none. I've been saying it for years. People just say he is.

You can't be a great leader when you've never led a team to anything on any level of your athletic career.

I look forward to a time when he is no longer the QB and his life partner is not the RB.

One of the few who have been right there with you since he was drafted. You don’t learn how to be a leader and you can’t develop elite skills if you don’t possess them. Dak is what he is, a serviceable nfl qb who sits right above the median line.

Dak played like Romo yesterday, but Romo never got this level of hate. Go figure.

Honestly, one of the main reasons people say it is because he says all the right things. He literally got a degree in workforce leadership, so yea he can come across as a leader to some

Lol what? Romo got plenty of hate, and deservedly so
And the key to the city. Romo won 2 WC games in only ten years lol. So will Dak get the key to the city as well when he's done? After all, Dak has already won 1 WC game so he's almost matched Romo's famed playoff career.

Romo's style of gunslinging play is something that Dak does not have the capacity to emulate.
Yes and Romo's impersonation of Brett Favre cost us just as many games as Dak has, yet Romo is loved and revered and Dak is well ...

Romo never got the hate? You may want to double check that statement.
Criticism vs hate are different, I see a level of hate against Dak that was never there on the worst days with Romo. That's my point.

It means nothing.

His words ring hollow.

Just like his play in big games.

I agree and it is likely something that should never be impersonated nor should it be tried. Not sure why they feel that Dak is going to toss the ball 50 times and win a game one of these days.
